The City of Moses Lake is implementing new and adaptive water management practices to conserve their water supply and plan for a sustainable future amidst declining groundwater levels in the Columbia Basin. At this presentation you’ll hear from Richard Law, City Engineer, about what the City’s is doing to conserve water (rate adjustment, smart metering, etc.) and efforts to find new sources of water.
