Presented by: Jason Smith and Craig Broadhead, Jacobs, with an introduction by Mark Cook, Kittitas County
Jason Smith, Environmental Program Manager at Jacobs, brings 22 years of extensive project management experience in scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk and environmental analysis. He spent 20 years with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) as the chief environmental official managing 10 south central county regions and the I-90 Snoqualmie Pass East Mega Project’s environmental services division. Craig Broadhead, Senior Biologist at Jacobs, began his Biology career in 1996 completing wildlife and fish habitat surveys with the U.S. Forest Service. Craig’s strong environmental analysis skills led to a position helping to form the first Forest Service Content Analysis Team, which completed NEPA analysis on projects throughout the United States. Craig served as the Wildlife/Fisheries lead for the team, and worked on forest plan revisions in several states. Click here to see Craig Broadhead's full bio.
