June Virtual Poster Series Recap

By Sarah Weeks  Hydrogeologist with Landau Associates

On June 13th, Richard Law, City Engineer for the City of Moses Lake, presented on Moses Lake Water Supply Challenges and Adaptive Response as part of an event series we’re calling our virtual poster series. The City of Moses Lake is implementing new and adaptive water management practices to conserve their water supply and plan for a sustainable future amidst declining groundwater levels in the Columbia Basin. The City’s strategies include rate adjustments, smart metering, etc., and seeking new sources of water. Thank you to Richard for a great presentation and to Green Economics for providing the virtual meeting platform. If you have a topic you would like to present as part of the virtual poster series, please reach out to Sarah Weeks on the Events Committee.
