January 30, 2015 - BC Branch of Canadian Water Resources Association workshop: Extreme Westcoast: Geomorphology, hydrology and ecology of the aftermath of extreme events.

 

A day-long workshop exploring our understanding of what happens after a major extreme event. This workshop will bring together experts in geomorphology, hydrology, ecology and natural hazards from across the continent. They will discuss their experience and expectations of the aftermath of extreme natural hazard events. This event is a great opportunity for engineers, geoscientists and students alike to learn from experts from within and outside BC.

January 30th, 10:00 – 4:30 at the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel in Vancouver, BC.
